You will love our ready-to-cook, flat-breaded, chicken tenders.
Simply pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees, spread the chicken tenders out on a cookie sheet leaving space between each one, bake for 15 minutes from frozen, and then turn the tenders over and cook an additional 5-10 minutes. The exterior should be crisp and golden brown. Please note that a lower heat tends to dry the chicken out.
You can also deep fry the tenders in canola or peanut oil heated to 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. They are juicy and delicious plain, or you can also serve them with your favorite sauce or seasoning.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING A MICROWAVE. If you have a microwave that operates on convection mode, they will come out okay, but you will have a better result with the oven, deep-fryer, or air-fryer methods.
DO NOT THAW AND SERVE. These are not pre-cooked tenders.
Finally, we have been told by numerous customers that they achieve great results using an air fryer.
